Do you offer packages?

Yes! We offer discounted pricing for members.

What's your story?

NYC Puppy Palace was created out of the frustration of typical kennel-style kennels and bad companies that can cause anxiety for even the best dogs. Ashley the founder, created a loving dog care business to care for dogs in a familiar home-style environment while providing all the benefits of having a professional staff.

What requirements must my dog meet to be cared for?

Your dog needs to be up-to-date with all vaccinations to enjoy any of our services.

Paperwork will be required when registering before we accept him/her. Your dog also must have a friendly demeanor.

What locations do you have?

We have two locations, one on the Upper West Side in Manhattan and one in Bayonne, New Jersey. Pick up and drop off are available for both.

Do you accept dogs that have separation anxiety?

Yes. We specialize in dogs that have anxiety. Many clients prefer using our home-style boarding.

How does payment work?

Payments must be paid prior to service. Invoices can be paid via email by card, Venmo, or cash.

What happens during dog boarding?

Depending on your dog's needs and personality, we tailor their boarding experience! We know no two dogs are the same. After scheduling a message/phone or in-person consultation we can make sure they are happy!

What are you doing during COVID-19 to protect us?

We never take possible infection lightly and we have taken extreme cleaning precautions to ensure that your pup and you are safe during these unknown times. Our walkers always wear a mask while outside, we sterilize our facilities with Clorox, then a dog-friendly cleaner each day after a group of dogs leave. We also wipe the dog's feet before entering our establishment. Employees are given mini hand sanitizers when on walks as well. We also stay 6 feet or more away from other dogs and their owners when outside. Basically, we treat your pet as if it were our own as we believe nothing is "too crazy" to keep our dogs and clients safe.
